ABOUT US

Irina Rakitina, Esq.
Founder and Lead Attorney
Irina Rakitina is a licensed immigration attorney in the United States.
My journey in the U.S. began in Seattle, Washington. I've completed my education in the United States, from high school in Washington to Juris Doctor Degree in Florida. Immigration law became a part of my life early on as I spent years navigating visa renewals and permanent residency.
Early on in my career, I have worked at immigration centers, assisting individuals who couldn’t afford legal representation. I understand the sacrifices immigrants make to start over in a new country—the uncertainty, the isolation, and the constant need to rebuild. I’ve been in that position, and I know the value of having someone who understands the system and can provide the right advice at the right time.
I dedicate my career to being that guide for others and find immense joy in helping people secure their legal status in the U.S.. It’s the support I once longed for, and I am proud to offer it to others.
